We are located on G S Road in the Ulubari part of Guwahati. Being on such a major road means we are easy to find, but parking can be a bit of a headache for our customers. We mainly focus on medicines and basic healthcare products that people need. It is a clean place, we try to keep the dust off the medicine boxes as much as we can. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling. We spend a lot of time checking expiry dates and making sure we have the common prescriptions people ask for. My cousin and I run the place. We aren't a big chain pharmacy, just a local spot where you can get your tablets and maybe some bandages. The traffic on G S Road never seems to stop, so there's always a bit of a hum in the background. We don't have any fancy seating, just a counter and some space to wait. People come in with their prescriptions and we do our best to find what they need quickly. Sometimes we have to order things in if they are rare, but we usually get them in a day or two. We just try to be helpful to the folks in Ulubari. It's a steady job and we know the importance of getting the right stuff to people. It’s been our family work for a while now and we hope to stay here.
