We are located over at K.N. Ghose’s place, at number 16 on Lachitnagar Main Road in Guwahati. It’s a busy part of Assam, and our office is right there in the middle of it all. We have been working on leasing and financial stuff for infrastructure for a good while now. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls and receptionists; it's just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most of our day is spent looking at contracts and making sure the numbers for various projects add up correctly. The traffic on the main road can be pretty loud during the day, but we don’t mind it much anymore. People from all over the area come by when they need to sort out the financial side of their building projects. We try to keep things simple and talk to people like neighbors rather than clients. It is a lot of paperwork, to be honest. We have our desks piled with files, and the tea guy comes by every afternoon. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to provide a steady hand for the local businesses that need this kind of help. Being here in the 781007 area makes us feel like part of the community. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who fix the road. It’s just how we operate, doing our bit for the local infrastructure without any big corporate talk or confusing jargon. It works for us.
