At Ekaa Estates Llp, we operate out of House No 15 on Udhay Path, which is just off R G Barua Road. It's a fairly central spot, but the house itself is pretty unassuming. R G Barua Road gets quite a bit of traffic, so we appreciate the relative quiet of Udhay Path once we get inside. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. If you want to know about a house or a piece of land, we tell you what we know in plain English. Sometimes we don't have all the answers right away, but we'll go look it up or ask around. We've got maps on the walls and stacks of documents on the tables. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night, so you might see a bit of dust or a stray coffee mug. That’s just real life. We focus on getting the details right for the people who trust us with their property needs. It’s a simple, local business run by local people who actually live here.
