Our office for Drj Tours & Travels is located in Akankhya Mansion at 6th Mile in the Khanapara area of Guwahati. Khanapara is quite a busy entrance to the city, so there is always a lot of movement around here. We’ve set up shop in this building to handle all sorts of travel arrangements. It is a simple place where we spend our hours looking at tour packages and booking transport for people. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a room with some desks and a couple of people working. We deal with a lot of locals and people passing through the 6th Mile area. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple groups are trying to plan trips at the same time. We don't really have a polished way of doing things, we just talk to people and figure out what they need. Whether it's a short trip or something longer, we just get it on the calendar. The mansion itself is easy to find if you know the Khanapara landmark. We've been here for a bit now, just doing our thing. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away on the keyboards. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the neighborhood here. Just a local travel spot in a busy part of Guwahati. We usually have the tea kettle going if things get quiet during the afternoon.
