Dream Home Associate

We are based out of House Number 21 on Uday Path. It’s a nice little spot just off Zoo Road in Guwahati. Most people know the area because it’s near AIDC. We’ve been working here as Dream Home Associate for a good while now. Our day-to-day involves looking at house plans, talking to people about where they want to live, and checking out different properties. It’s a lot of walking and driving around the city, honestly. Guwahati is growing fast, and we see new buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through our door. Buying a home or finding land is a big deal, so we don't like to rush things or use complicated words. We just talk like regular neighbors. The office isn't some high-rise corporate suite; it's a comfortable place where we can sit down and have a real conversation. Sometimes we have tea and just listen to what people are looking for. It can get rainy here, but that doesn't stop the work. We know the local neighborhoods well because we live here too. Dealing with property can be stressful, so we try to make it feel a bit more relaxed. We aren't some massive chain, just a local group trying to help people figure out their living situations in this part of Assam. It’s about being there for the community and helping with the confusing parts of buying property.
