You can find us on the first floor of McDonald Tower, which is right on G S Road in the Bhangagarh area. It is a very busy part of Guwahati, so there is always noise from the street below and plenty of cars honking. We have been operating DK Joint Venture LLP from this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, old chairs, and stacks of files related to our various projects. We do a lot of coordinating between different partners and workers. It involves a lot of sitting around the table and trying to figure out timelines. Since we are in Kamrup, we handle things all over the region. The traffic around here is usually quite heavy, which makes for a long commute for some of our staff, but being central helps us stay connected to everything. We don't have a fancy reception or anyone to greet you at the door. Most people who come in are either workers or contractors we have known for years. We usually have a kettle going for tea, and we spend our mornings going through emails and checking on site progress. It is steady work, and we try to keep things organized despite the usual chaos of construction and development. We know the local shops around Bhangagarh well, and it feels like a good place to be based. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and getting the projects through to the end without any big corporate speeches.
