Biswas Store

Biswas Store is located in the Iitg Market Complex. We are at Shop No. 6, which is in Amin Gaon, within the Kamrup district. Being in a market complex means there’s always something happening around us. We have neighbors selling all sorts of things, from vegetables to electronics. It’s a bit of a hub for the local people and the students from the nearby institute. Shop No. 6 isn’t very big, but we’ve organized it to hold as much as possible. Amin Gaon is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. The market complex is where most people end up for their daily needs. It can get pretty loud and crowded in the evenings when everyone finishes work. We spend our days behind the counter, talking to customers and keeping the shelves stocked. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and cleaning up, but we don’t mind it. The Kamrup weather can be quite humid, so we keep the shop as airy as we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a reliable one where you can find what you need without a lot of trouble. Most of our regulars are people who live just a few minutes away. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a big sign for people to know where Biswas Store is. We just keep doing our thing day after day, making sure the shop is ready for whoever needs something from our shelves.
