We’ve been operating Bishwakarma Tours & Travels out of our spot on Hpb Road for quite some time now. Hatigaon is a lively area, and being here means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. Most of the time, our day involves sitting at the desk, answering the phone, and trying to figure out the best routes for whoever walks in. It’s not always easy because traffic in Guwahati can be a real headache, but we do what we can to help people get where they need to go. Our office is pretty straightforward. There are a few chairs for visitors and some old maps and papers lying around. We handle a lot of different requests, from quick local trips to longer journeys out of the city. Sometimes people just come in to ask for directions or check on prices for later. We don’t mind. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we get to talk to everyone directly. The weather here can be tough, especially when it rains hard and the street gets messy, but we stay open regardless. We grew up around here, so we know the shortcuts and the places to avoid when things get busy. It’s just us working hard every day to make sure the cars are ready and the schedules make sense. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one on Hpb Road.
