ARECA PROJECTS LLP

Our office is tucked away in 6C, Block C, at Mainaak Greens. If you know GS Road and the Christian Basti area, you know how busy it can get around here. It’s one of those parts of town where there’s always traffic and something happening. ARECA PROJECTS LLP is based right in the middle of that. We like being in this building because it’s central. We spend a lot of time going back and forth between meetings and different project sites. The office isn't very big, but it has enough room for our desks and all the files we’ve piled up over the months. It’s not a super polished place, just a regular work environment where we get things done. We have people coming in and out all day. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which can be annoying, but that’s just city life. We don’t do much advertising. Most people find out about us through others in the Christian Basti neighborhood. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to manage our projects as best as we can. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of planning on paper. We just show up every day, drink our coffee, and work through the list of things that need doing. It’s straightforward and keeps us out of trouble.
