Our office is at House Number 56, in the Shyam Balaji Point building. We’re on the first floor. It’s on S J Road, right across from the Marwari Maternity Hospital. Anaadih Infra Developers Llp is our company. We work on infrastructure and development projects around Guwahati. Being across from the hospital means there is always a lot of activity on the street. It’s a central location which helps us get around easily. We spend a lot of time on site, so if you come by the office, we might be out working. We handle various types of construction work. It’s not always easy work. There are a lot of rules to follow and the weather in Assam can be quite unpredictable. We have a small team of local guys who know the trade. We don't go in for fancy talk or big marketing plans. We just take on a job and try to do it as best as we can. Sometimes we run into delays, which is just part of the business. We try to be upfront about that. We just want to build things that are useful. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure we have enough materials. It’s a basic way to run things, but it keeps us focused on the actual work. We just do our best.
