Our office is based in House No 2 over in the Latakata area. We are in the 781029 zip code part of Basistha. It is a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, which we actually prefer over being in the middle of a loud downtown district. TOFUTURE CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call ourselves on our legal documents. To everyone else around here, we are just the people working out of the second house on the street. We do not have a big glass building or a sign out front. It is just a regular house where we have set up our computers and some chairs to get our consulting work done. It feels much more comfortable this way. Sometimes when it rains hard on the roof, it gets a bit noisy, but that is just part of being in this part of Assam. We are not interested in using big words or acting like a huge corporation. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. We have our tea breaks and talk about what needs to reach the finish line by the end of the week. Basistha has grown a lot, but our little corner feels the same as it always has. We do not have a human resources department or a big boss in a suit. It is just us working hard from House No 2. Being a private limited company out here works perfectly for our needs.
