P. B. Pan Store

P. B. Pan Store is tucked away in the Panjabari area of Guwahati, right along the main Panjabari Road near Six Mile. It’s a small spot, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We started this place because we saw how much the neighborhood was growing and thought it needed a shop folks could count on. Most of our day is spent behind the counter, talking to the regulars who stop by for their daily bits and pieces. It gets quite lively around here in the evenings when everyone is finished with work. The traffic on Panjabari Road can be a real crawl sometimes, so people often pull over just to take a break and grab something from us. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but it works for us. We aren't looking to expand into some big chain; we just like being the local store that people know. The sign outside has seen better days, and the paint is a little faded, but the atmosphere inside is always friendly. We know which neighbors like which items, and we try to keep those in stock for them. It’s just a simple way of life here in Guwahati. We’re glad to be a part of this community and hope to stay here for a long time, serving the people who live nearby.
