Cherry Ice Cream Industry sits right on the edge of Shanthipur, along A.T Road. Being on National Highway- 37 means there’s always the sound of trucks and cars zooming past. We’re easy to spot because we’re right near that big Aircel Tower, which helps people find us when they’re driving through. This isn't a quiet little shop; it’s more of a busy spot where we’re constantly moving crates and checking our inventory. The dust from the highway gets everywhere, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and we’ve seen the road change quite a bit over the years. Inside, it’s mostly the hum of the cooling units and the sound of us working. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside and the machines inside, but you get used to it after a week. We don't have any fancy signs, just the work we do every day. People stop in because they’re tired of the road and need a break. We don't talk much about "visions" or anything like that; we just make sure the ice cream stays frozen and the customers get what they came for. It’s a practical business for a busy highway. We’re just regular people trying to run a shop in a spot that never really sleeps.
