Bhuerd Consultants is over in Bhetapara on Kanaklata Saikia Path. Our office is on the first floor of the Orchid Residency. It's a nice enough building, half for people living there and half for offices. Bhetapara has grown a lot lately, so there are always new shops opening up nearby. Our space isn't very large, but it works for us. We have a few desks and some cupboards full of files. We don't really bother with expensive decor or anything like that. It’s just a place for work. Most of our day is spent consulting with people on their various projects. We talk through things and try to figure out the best way forward. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or promotional language. If someone needs help, they just come by and we chat. Sometimes we go down to the local market for lunch. Being on the first floor, we can hear the kids playing outside sometimes. It feels more like being part of a neighborhood than being in a sterile business park. We have a small team and we all know each other well. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home in the evening. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life here at Orchid Residency and we’re happy with the way things are going.
