Bethel Educational Foundation

You can find us at the Bethel Educational Foundation over at Blue Pine High School in Itakhola, Tezpur. We have been in the Sonitpur area for a while now. We are just a group of people who care about how things are going in our local neighborhood. We are based right there at the school, so we see a lot of kids and parents every day. It is a busy spot, but we like it that way. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of polished materials. We are just regular people working out of a school office. We try to be helpful to the families around here in any way we can. Sometimes that means helping with local events or just being a place where people can come for advice. We don't have a lot of fancy programs. We just look at what's happening in Tezpur and try to chip in. It can be a lot of work sometimes, especially when there are a lot of people needing things at once. We don't always have the answers, but we try to listen. We aren't trying to be the biggest group around. We just want to be a part of the community here in Itakhola. It feels good to be working where we live and seeing our neighbors every day. We just keep our door open and do whatever needs to be done to help the local folks get through their day-to-day troubles and tasks.
