Tofah Impex Private Limited is located at House Number 1 in Champak Nagar, over in the Bhetapara area of Guwahati. This part of Kamrup is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular house where we handle all our business things. Naranarayan Path is just a short walk away, and you can usually hear the neighbors or the traffic from the street when the windows are open. We’ve been here for a bit now, just trying to get our work done day by day. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking through whatever paperwork came in the day before. The weather here in Assam can be quite something, especially during the monsoon when it pours for days on end and makes the roads a bit messy. We handle various import and export tasks, which sounds a bit more complicated than it really is once you get into the routine of it. It’s mostly just checking lists and making sure things are moving to the right places at the right time. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate entity with shiny floors. It’s just us in Champak Nagar, doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, which is just part of living and working in this part of town. We keep things simple here and don't make a big fuss.
