We operate out of House No. 19 on Namghar Path in Khanapara. It’s a nice area of Dispur, right in the heart of things here in Guwahati. Subholakshmi Infra Private Limited has been around for a bit, mostly focusing on the local infrastructure needs of the community. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the records and handle the day-to-day tasks. Being near the Namghar makes it easy for people to find us, and it gives the place a familiar feel. We get a lot of noise from the main roads nearby, but that’s just Guwahati life for you. Most of our work happens out on the actual construction sites, so the office is often just one or two people keeping things running. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy furniture. We’d rather focus on getting the materials delivered on time so the workers aren't sitting idle. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work slow, but we push through like everyone else. Everyone on the team lives nearby, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We deal with all sorts of building projects, from small repairs to bigger structural work. It's mostly about coordination and making sure the labor is there when they should be. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show up and do what’s on the contract. It’s a living, and it keeps us involved in what's happening around town.
