Stoic Studios Private Limited

Our office is at house number 65 on F C Road in Uzan Bazar. It's right in the heart of Guwahati, so it gets really humid during the summer months. We are Stoic Studios Private Limited. The name sounds a bit tough, like we don’t feel anything, but really we just liked how it looked on paper. Latashil is a busy area. There’s always someone walking by or a vendor shouting nearby. We have a small space here. It’s crowded with cables and hard drives. Sometimes the fans make more noise than we do. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. It’s easy to find if you know the Uzan Bazar area well. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. If you knock, one of us will just get up from our chair to open the door. We spend a lot of time on creative projects, which usually means staring at the same image for three hours until it looks right. It’s not glamorous. The tea stall down the road is where we spend half our lunch break. We like being in this part of town because it feels like there’s always something happening. Kamrup has its own vibe and we’re just a small part of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We've got enough room for our computers and a few snacks.
