Our office is located at House Number 1 on Ganesh Mandir Path in the Rupnagar area of Guwahati. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, near the Paltanbazar side. We’ve been at this address for some time now. Shraddha Surabhi Nidhi Limited is just a small local operation. We don’t have a big glass building or a fleet of cars. It’s just a regular house that we use for our work. The street is usually busy with people going to the temple or heading towards the main parts of Guwahati. We like being in Rupnagar because it feels like a real neighborhood. You see the same faces every morning. We start our day early, mostly just sorting through the paperwork and answering the phone if it rings. Sometimes it doesn’t ring much, which gives us time to catch up on things. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and talk like everyone else around here. If you come by, you might have to wait a bit if we are busy with someone else, but there’s always a plastic chair or a bench to sit on. Kamrup is a big district, but we stay focused on our little slice of it here in Rupnagar. It’s a simple life, and we are just happy to be part of the community here on Ganesh Mandir Path. We don't have a big marketing budget or any flyers to hand out. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We spend a lot of time just organizing files and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late if there's a lot of work, but usually, we close up when the sun goes down.
