SHONALI REAL ESTATES & CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve been over here at House No. 10 in Prof. Colony for a while now. Shonali Real Estates & Constructions Private Limited is just a small group of us working around the Rupnagar Link Road area. Most of the time, we are busy with local building projects near Birubari or over in Kalapahar. It gets quite busy on the link road, but we manage to stay on schedule. People know where to find us if they need something done with their property or a new project started. We started this because we know the land around here pretty well. It’s not a big fancy office, just a regular spot where we handle the paperwork and plan out the construction jobs. We deal with bricks, cement, and a lot of phone calls every day. Sometimes things get delayed with the weather, but that's just how it goes in this part of town. We try to keep things simple and just get the work finished. If you walk past the colony, you’ll probably see us or one of our trucks coming in. It’s a good community to be in, and we like staying local for our projects. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from folks around here who have seen the houses we work on. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening, which is fine by us. We just focus on one job at a time.
