We are based out of House Number 16 in the SBI Colony area of Sarumataria. It’s a quiet residential spot in Dispur. Rod Kashali Developers Llp is what we do. We’re into developing local properties and helping people with their building needs. Dispur is the heart of things in Assam, so being nearby is helpful for all the government paperwork. We are a small group of people. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. We just sit around the table and figure out how to solve whatever problem is in front of us. Some days we are out looking at land, and other days we are stuck inside doing the accounts. It’s a mix. We try to keep things honest and simple. There is no need for big sales pitches. The work we do speaks for itself. We've seen a lot of houses go up in this area. We know how the local soil is and what kind of materials work best for the weather here. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a storm hitting a site, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people living in them. We just take it day by day.
