Our business, Realfrost Food Industries Llp, is located at Shop Number 8 in Sushila Plaza. This is in the GMC part of Kamrup, Guwahati. The plaza is a regular shopping complex with different kinds of businesses all around us. Being in Shop 8 means we are right there on the ground level, which is easy for people to find. We are under the care of Bhaskar Borkataky at this spot. Sushila Plaza isn't a massive mall or anything, just a local spot where people go for their daily needs. We have been working out of this space for a while. It’s a bit tight inside when we have a lot of people coming in, but we have managed to organize it okay. The area around here is always crowded with cars and scooters parked everywhere. You know how it is in Guwahati, space is always at a premium. We spend our days here handling the food industry side of things. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking lists. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just dress for the heat and get to work. The shop gets a good amount of light in the morning, which is nice. It feels like we are part of the local community here in Assam. People walk by and wave, and we know the other shop owners in the plaza. It’s just a simple, hardworking environment.
