Ramoday Food & Beverages Private Limited is our little setup over on Panitanki Road in Bijaynagar. We are right there with Hari Singh, and honestly, the place is usually a bit of a mess with crates and bottles everywhere. Being in Guwahati, specifically the Kamrup area, means we deal with a lot of heat and humidity most of the year. It’s a basic operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Most days, we are just moving stock around and checking our lists to see what needs to go out to the local shops. The traffic on the road can be a real pain in the mornings, and the dust from the passing trucks gets into everything if we leave the shutters up too high. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, and we know all the neighbors. It’s a practical way to spend the day, just handling the food and beverage side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit around and wait for it to come back so we can get the fans moving again. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. It is just a few of us here in Assam trying to get the work done. If you walk past the Panitanki area, you’ll probably see us lifting boxes or loading up a small van.
