We are located at Pink Arcade on KC Sen Main Road in the Morakhali area of Paltan Bazar. It’s a C/O address under Virendra Jain. Being in Paltan Bazar in Guwahati means there’s never a quiet moment outside. The Pink Arcade is easy enough to spot if you’re looking for it. We do our buildtech work from here, which involves a lot of planning and coordinating for different construction sites across the city. The office is usually full of the smell of tea and the sound of people talking over the phone about cement prices or labor schedules. It’s a tight space, but it’s where all the decisions happen. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s mostly just a few of us making sure everything is on track. KC Sen Main Road is a bit of a hub, so we are close to where a lot of the action is. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, and other days are just slow paperwork days. We don't try to sugarcoat the work; construction is messy and loud. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the sites are safe. It’s what we’ve been doing for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. There’s always some construction noise nearby anyway, so we fit right in. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
