Prithvi Infra Estates Llp is based in the Sharma Rice Mill Complex. You can find us in the Fatasil area of Guwahati. It’s not your typical office park. Since it’s a mill complex, there is always a lot of activity, with trucks moving in and out and people working nearby. We like the energy of the place. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our estate and infrastructure projects. It’s a bit rustic and down-to-earth, which suits the way we work. We don't have any plush carpets or glass walls. Instead, we have solid desks and plenty of room for our files and project maps. The air smells a bit like the mill sometimes, but we’ve grown used to it. It feels like a real working environment, not some sterile corporate office. We spend our days here talking to people about land and construction. Fatasil is a busy part of Kamrup, and being here keeps us close to the heart of the local trade. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We are just a local business doing our part to build things in the area. If you come by, you won't find any fancy receptionists or polished lobbies, just a group of people working hard to get things done. It’s a practical, honest setup that works well for us.
