You can find us at House No. 225, tucked away in the 12th Bye Lane off RGB Road. It's a busy part of Guwahati, but our little corner is usually a bit calmer compared to the main road. PKM Erectors Private Limited is run by a small group of us who have been in the construction and erection business for years. The office is at Duleswar Chakravarty’s place, which gives it a more personal and home-like feel than a cold, modern office building. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to guys on the ground. Erection work is tough and requires a lot of attention to detail, so we don't have much time for fancy talk or marketing materials. Most of our clients come to us because they know we’ve been around RGB Road for a long time. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually does the job for us. Sometimes the rains make the bye lanes a bit muddy and hard to navigate, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay up and serve their purpose. It’s a lot of metal, sweat, and long hours under the sun. We usually have tea together in the afternoon to discuss the next day's schedule and solve any problems. It’s a simple operation, and we like it that way. No big corporate layers or meetings, just us and the work we do every day.
