Novacia Pharmaceuticals is located at Number 35 in Dispur Kachari Basti. We are right on the GMCH Road, which is basically the heart of the medical area in Guwahati. Being near the hospital means it’s always busy. There are ambulances, people walking everywhere, and lots of noise from the traffic. Our office is part of the Dispur Mouja area. It’s a practical location for a pharmaceutical company, even if the parking is a total nightmare. Inside, it’s a bit of a squeeze. We have files everywhere and the computers are always humming. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or leather chairs. It’s just a workspace where we track our inventory and talk to suppliers. The heat in Dispur can get pretty bad, so we rely on some old fans to keep us cool while we work through the stacks of orders. We don’t spend much time on decorations. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the shelves to see what needs to be moved out. It’s a high-energy environment because of where we are, but we keep it simple. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team in a crowded part of town doing our best to keep the business moving. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s home for us during the work hours.
