Our place is located near the Maa Manasha Mandir, right on Maa Manasha Path in Ahom Gaon. We are working out of Mahendra Das’s premises, which makes it easy for people in the neighborhood to find us. It’s a local operation focused on skilling and employment systems, though we don’t like to make it sound more complicated than it is. Mostly, we just help folks learn things that will help them find work. Being near the temple means there is always something going on, especially during festivals when the whole path gets crowded with people and stalls. The air in this part of Guwahati feels a bit different than the main city center. We keep the office simple with just the basics. There is no corporate polish here, just some desks and the sound of the ceiling fan. We spend our mornings going through records and our afternoons talking to people from Kamrup who are looking for a bit of a start in their careers. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous place in Assam. We just want to do right by the people who come to us for help with their skills. It is a slow and steady process, and we like it that way because it feels more real than some big office.
