Nascent Nirman Private Limited is tucked away near Beltola Bazar in Guwahati. We share space with M/S Ansi Associates, and Ashim Patowary is the person to look for. Being near the bazaar means it is always loud and crowded, but it is a great spot to be in the middle of things. We handle various building and construction tasks around the Kamrup-Assam area. Our office is often cluttered with blueprints, samples of tiles, and empty tea cups. It is a working office, not a showroom. We do not have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door greets you. The work is tough and involves a lot of coordination with different workers and suppliers. We have had our share of rainy days where everything has to stop, which can be frustrating, but that is just how construction goes in this part of the country. We focus on getting the projects finished without too much fuss. Most of our clients are people we have met through word of mouth. We do not really believe in big advertisements. We just show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. It is a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us. We have been in Beltola for quite some time and plan to stay here as long as there is building to do.
