We are over here at Zoo Road, right at House No. 9 in Japorigog. It is a busy part of Guwahati, and we have been around this Kamrup area for a while now. Most days you will find us dealing with site plans and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. It gets pretty humid here, especially when you are out in the sun all afternoon looking at foundations and walls. We are just a group of people who know how to put things together. Mbk Constructions Private Limited isn't some big flashy firm from the city center; we are just local folks working out of this house in Japorigog. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and the phone does not stop ringing with questions about cement or laborers. We spend a lot of time traveling between different spots in the city. It is not always easy, but we get it done. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to work. We have seen Guwahati change quite a bit from our spot on Zoo Road. People come by to talk about their projects, and we listen. There is usually tea going in the back room while we go over the day’s tasks. It is just everyday work for us, making sure the structures stand up straight and the client is not left waiting too long.
