Make My Meals Llp

Our place is at H No - 0 in Rukmini Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve set up our meal business here. Most of the time it’s just the sound of chopping and the stove running in the kitchen. We started Make My Meals because we saw a lot of people around Kamrup who didn't have time to cook for themselves. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters or anything. It's just a kitchen where we pack up food and send it out. Some days we are really rushed, especially around lunchtime when everyone wants their food at the exact same time. We try to stay on top of the orders but sometimes the delivery bikes get stuck in the narrow streets of Rukmini Nagar. It’s a local operation, nothing too big. We buy our vegetables and stuff from the local markets nearby. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the meals are decent and get to where they need to go. The house we work out of is pretty quiet most mornings until we start the prep work. It’s a lot of peeling potatoes and boiling rice, to be honest. We just want to make sure people have something to eat without having to spend hours in their own kitchens. It's honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day. We hope to stay here for a long time and just keep cooking for the folks nearby.
