KANKARIA ESTATES LLP

We are located in the Anupam Building, specifically in room 301. It’s right near Railway Gate Number 8 on A.T. Road in the Bharalumukh area of Guwahati. Being so close to the railway gate, we hear the trains going by all the time, but you get used to it after a while. Kankaria Estates LLP is what we call ourselves. We handle real estate and land matters here in Kamrup. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we can get our work done without too much fuss. We deal with a lot of local property issues. A.T. Road is a major route, so it’s easy for people to find us, though the traffic can be a real headache. We are a small group of people. We spend our mornings checking the latest property news and our afternoons meeting with folks who have questions about their land. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just try to stay organized and help out the people who come through our door. The Bharalumukh area has its own character, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. We keep our files in order and try to keep things moving along. It’s simple, local work. If you need us, we are usually in the office from morning until evening. That's about it for us here at the building.
