We have our office in the Prime Apartment building on Amrawati Path, which is right in the Christian Basti area of Guwahati. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easier for us to manage the different properties we handle. Being in Guwahati-Kamrup, we see a lot of changes happening in the city all the time. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller setup where we focus on property matters here in the local area. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and meetings to keep things moving. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just look after the buildings and make sure everything is running the way it should be. Christian Basti is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a bit now. It suits us because it's practical and keeps us close to where the action is. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that posted on the wall. We just try to stay organized and help people with their property needs without making things too complicated. It’s a lot of little details that need to be watched every day, but we’ve got a good handle on it. We just keep our office running and deal with things as they come up.
