JGR Nidhi Limited is tucked away on the second floor of the Sheela Complex. If you know where the Tata Motors is in Bibi Ganj, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. It’s a pretty busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. We moved into this spot because it’s central for most people. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but it's quiet once you get inside. We spend most of our mornings getting through the filing. There's always a lot of it. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything. We don't have fancy titles or big corporate offices. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of registers. People come in from the neighborhood to chat or handle their business. We like it that way. It feels more real than a bank in a mall. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a week or so. We try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door. Usually, it's just about explaining how things work in plain words. We don't use those big financial terms that nobody understands. We just want to make sure the work is done right and everyone is treated fairly. It’s a simple setup in Bibi Ganj, and that suits us just fine. We just try to stay honest and work hard every single day for the folks who come up those stairs.
