Our small office is tucked away in Mahabir Appartment, specifically room 202. You’ll find us on Usha Gali, which is just off the main A.T. Road. It’s a busy area, but once you get into the lane, it’s a bit quieter. Ishant Developers And Contractors Llp is basically a few of us who have spent years working in the building trade. We do a mix of developing and contracting work. Some days we are looking at blueprints, and other days we are out at a site making sure the bricks are being laid right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Being on A.T. Road is handy because it’s easy to get to most parts of the city from here without much trouble. We aren't a big, polished company with a front desk and fancy coffee. Usually, you’ll find one of us surrounded by stacks of papers and maps, trying to figure out the logistics for the next week. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local market and just keep plugging away. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things the way we thought they should be built. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, but we just deal with it and keep going. That’s the reality of contracting work. We’re just a local crew doing our thing from Usha Gali every day.
