INNOVEST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Innovest Construction Services (OPC) Private Limited is just a small operation run by me. The office is actually the 3rd house on Namghar Path, specifically on the hillside in Jatia. It’s a nice quiet spot compared to the main roads. Since it's an OPC, it's pretty much a one-man show with a few hired hands when things get busy. I mostly handle construction management and local services. Being on the hill side means we have a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy to look at it. The address is Bye Lane 01, which is easy to find if you know the Jatia area. I’ve lived around here for years, so setting up the business in Namghar Path made sense. We do a lot of small-scale residential stuff. It’s a lot of coordination with masons and delivery guys. My living room often doubles as a place to store blueprints and invoices. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. I don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. People usually just find out about me through word of mouth in the neighborhood. It’s honest work and keeps me active. If I’m not at the house, I’m probably at a site nearby checking on the progress of a wall or a roof. It is a modest life but I enjoy seeing the houses go up.
