Framsteg Property Solution Private Limited is located in the Ahmed Complex. We are on the first floor. The office is on F.A. Road in Guwahati. It’s a central spot in the city, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We deal with property solutions, which basically means we help people figure out what to do with their buildings or land. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s necessary. We have a small office that stays pretty busy throughout the week. We aren't into fancy talk or big sales pitches. We just sit down with whoever comes in and see what they need. F.A. Road can get really jammed with traffic, so we are used to the sound of horns and the general bustle of Kamrup. Our setup is pretty simple. We have our desks, our computers, and lots of folders. We’ve been working from this first-floor office for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the Ahmed Complex. It’s a nice little community of businesses. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else in the city. We focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone understands the process. It’s just us doing our thing in our corner of Guwahati. It keeps us out of trouble, mostly.
