You can find us in Goreswar, near the Daily Bazar area in Baksa. Our office is C/O Prakash Debnath, at a spot known as 2 No. Goreswar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main parts of Guwahati, but it’s where we do our work. Finochio Foods Private Limited is a local food business. The building is right near the market, so there’s always a lot of activity around us. You can hear the vendors shouting and the cycles going past. We have a simple setup with a few rooms for storage and a small area for the desk work. The walls are a bit stained from the damp, which is common in this part of Kamrup. We handle various food products, so there are always boxes being moved in and out. It’s a dusty job sometimes. Prakash is usually around, making sure things are moving as they should. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you want to find us, you just look for the building near the bazar. The team is small, just a few of us who live nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy equipment; it’s mostly manual labor and basic tools. We keep track of everything in handwritten notebooks as much as on the computer. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of working that suits the location. We just focus on getting the food supplies ready for whoever needs them next.
