We don't have a big office building; we mostly work out of our village space. Most of our days are spent checking on the small tea gardens nearby. We just talk about the harvest and the weight of the bags. Sometimes we meet under a tree or in someone’s front room to discuss the business. It’s a community thing more than anything else. We’ve been part of this village for a long time and we just do our jobs the best way we can.
