You can find us at the VIP Integra Building in Guwahati. We are on the first floor, right above the Renault showroom on VIP Road in the Sixmile area. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always noise from the cars and people outside. DREAMHOUSE BUILDTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call ourselves, but we are just a group of people who know how to build houses and buildings. Being above a car showroom means it’s easy to tell people how to get here without them getting lost. The office is a bit more modern than some others since it’s a newer building, but it’s still just a place for work. We have a lot of meetings here to talk about designs and budgets. Sixmile is a good location because we can get to different parts of Kamrup pretty easily from the highway. We handle a lot of the technical side of building things, making sure everything is safe and matches the drawings. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but the office stays okay enough to work in. We aren't into big sales pitches or anything like that. We just show people what we can do and let the work speak for itself. There’s always someone coming in or out with rolls of paper or samples of tiles for the next project. It’s a busy spot but we like being right where all the growth is happening in the city these days.
