Dharamshanti Construction (Opc) Privatelimited

Down in Ghy-8, near Ulubari, you can find our little office for Dharamshanti Construction. We are an OPC, so it is a one-person setup mostly, with some help on the side. We use Mr. Dharmdeo Tewari’s place in Rehabari as our main base. It’s a busy part of Guwahati, and the street outside is always full of cars and people. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a room with some desks, some maps of the city, and a lot of notebooks. Most of my time is spent out at the job sites, making sure things are moving along like they should. Guwahati is a tough place to build because of the terrain and the rain, but we do our work properly. We handle the paperwork here in Rehabari, but the real effort happens in the dirt and the dust. I don't go for big marketing campaigns. Usually, a neighbor just tells another neighbor about the work I did. It’s a slow way to grow, but it’s honest. Sometimes we have tea and talk about the next phase of a project right there on the sidewalk. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the walls straight and the roof on before the monsoon season starts. It keeps us busy enough for now.
