Our base for Dasbro Digimarker Private Limited is over in Lachit Nagar. We’re tucked into Subbyelane Number 3, specifically at House Number 4. If you’re coming from Byelane Number 7, it’s not too hard to find us once you get the hang of the local turns. Guwahati can be a maze, but this neighborhood has its own rhythm. The office is a modest setup. We don’t have a big lobby or a sign that lights up the whole street. It’s just a regular house in a residential area that we use for our marketing work. We like it because it feels private and we can actually get things done without the noise of the main road. The rooms are filled with desks and cables and the usual stuff you’d find in a digital office. We spend a lot of time here, so we’ve made it comfortable enough with a few chairs and a kettle that’s always on. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the neighbors and the guy who delivers the mail. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of us trying to do a good job from our little corner of Kamrup. It’s a simple, functional place for our daily grind. We try to keep it tidy but failing that, we just keep working.
