Having Panjab Sweets nearby is actually quite helpful because everyone knows where that is, so it makes giving directions a lot easier. The compound itself is a bit of an older place, but it serves our needs just fine. We do overseas trading, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the computer and making long-distance calls. It’s a lot of waiting for time zones to match up so we can actually talk to people. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don’t have a dress code or anything like that. Most days it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional tea break. Joraphatak is a busy part of the city, so there’s always a bit of life around the corner. We like the location because it feels connected to the rest of the town. The office isn't very large, just enough room for our desks and a few filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. We just handle the business as it comes and try to keep things moving. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now without making a big fuss about it. We are just a group of people working together in a quiet corner.
