It gets quite loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We deal with various food items and some drinks too. It is a family-run kind of thing for the most part. We started in Ulubari and then shifted things around a bit. People always need snacks and beverages, especially when it gets hot in Assam. Our building isn't very new, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our mornings checking the stock and talking to the delivery drivers. They are always in a hurry. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. That’s life here. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people just hear about us from their cousins or friends. We try to keep our prices fair because we know how it is for families living nearby. The storage area is always full of crates and boxes. It can be a bit messy on Mondays.
