Axom Fireflies Foundation

Axom Fireflies Foundation is located at the home of Sri Devnath Marrong. We are in the Hatilong Bantow area, specifically in Ward Number-14. It is a local neighborhood where everyone knows each other. We do not have a dedicated commercial office building; we just work out of this house. It keeps our costs down and keeps us close to the people. Ward Number-14 is a busy little community. You will see us there most days, usually sitting on the porch or in the front room with our paperwork. The foundation is not a big, cold institution. It is just us, the Axom Fireflies Foundation, trying to do our part from a residential street. Finding the place can be a little tricky if you are not from around Hatilong Bantow, but just ask anyone for the house belonging to Devnath Marrong. We have a few shelves for our books and records, and that is about it for the setup. It is a humble place, but it works for what we need. We drink a lot of tea and talk through our plans every morning. It is a very informal way to run things, but we find that it helps us stay connected to what is actually happening in the ward. We are not interested in being fancy or polished. We just want to get the work done from our little base here in the neighborhood. It feels like the right way to do things and we are happy here.
