Our office is in Neha Apartment, House No. 7102, right on Sati Jaimati Road in Athgaon. Athgaon is a busy commercial hub, so there’s always something happening right outside our windows. Ajvj Infratrade Private Limited deals with both infrastructure work and trading materials. It’s a bit of a mix, which keeps us busy all through the week. We aren't a big corporation with lots of different departments; it’s just a few of us handling the orders and the project sites. The apartment setup works for us because it’s easy to manage and feels comfortable. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to source the right stuff at the right price for our projects. Sati Jaimati Road can get quite congested, so we've learned to plan our material deliveries for the very early morning or late at night. We don't have a mission statement or any fancy business philosophy. We just want to finish the work we started without too many delays or headaches. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years in the industry. We value those long-term relationships more than having a flashy website or a big sign. It’s just about being honest about what can be done and when it will be finished. We drink a lot of chai and look at a lot of invoices throughout the day. That’s pretty much what our life looks like here.
