Adhunik Estates LLP is tucked away in Fancy Bazar. If you know Guwahati, you know how packed and loud Fancy Bazar can be most days. Our office is at 318, Barooah Market, on the 2nd floor. It’s right on M.G. Road. It’s a busy spot to work in, but it’s right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local estate market. It’s a lot of talk and a lot of paper. People come in from the market with all sorts of questions about property. Since we are on the second floor, we are a little bit removed from the noise of the street, but not by much. We’ve been operating here for a while now. We aren't trying to be some giant firm. We just handle our business, help people with their land or building needs, and keep things moving. The market environment keeps us on our toes. There is always someone walking by or a new development happening just down the road. It’s a practical place to be. We drink a lot of tea and talk to a lot of people every day. That’s how we do things at Adhunik. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to make sense of the real estate world here in Kamrup. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. No frills, just real estate and local folks.
