Dula Hari Mittal Tapukarawala is at Plot No-19 on B.T Road. We are right by the 11 No. Bus Stand, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. It’s a very active spot. Our business has roots that go back quite a way. We have been operating out of this same area for years. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but people around here just know us. We deal with various goods and trading. It’s the kind of place where you see the same faces every week. The office is full of ledgers and old wooden furniture that’s seen better days. We don’t see any reason to change it if it still works. There is always someone coming in to ask about prices or to pick up an order. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the traffic near the bus stand, and everything gets delayed. We just take it in stride. It’s part of the trade. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just a local business doing what we’ve always done. My father and his partners started things, and we just keep it going. It’s about being there when the customers need something. No fancy logos or big advertisements. Just a sign on the door and a phone that rings too much. It is what it is.
