Dhanraj Tiles Co is situated at 7-896-526/21 in Menoor Village. It is a bit further out than the city shops, which means we have more space but fewer walk-in customers. Most of the people who come to us are local villagers or builders working on new houses in the area. It’s a quiet place to work, surrounded by a bit more green than you’d see in the city. We keep the tiles in a large shed that stays relatively cool, though the dust still finds its way into everything. We’ve been running this for years as a family, so everyone knows their job. One of us handles the loading, another does the books, and someone else talks to the people who stop by. We don't have any fancy displays. We just lay a few tiles out on the ground so people can see how they look in the sunlight. Sometimes we have to wait a week for a delivery to reach us all the way out here. It can be frustrating, but we’ve learned to plan around the delays. We spend our evenings sitting outside the shop before we close up for the night. It’s a slow pace of life, but we like it that way. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company. We just want to keep the village supplied with what they need for their homes.
