Sharmila Garment

You can find Sharmila Garment at 391 M. Gate Road here in Nadia. It’s a busy street, and our shop is right in the middle of all the action. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of different garments every day. Most of the time, the shop is a bit messy because we are constantly moving things around to find what a customer wants. We don't have those fancy glass displays or bright spotlights. We use regular bulbs and hope for the best. The air in Nadia can get quite humid, so we usually have a fan going in the corner that makes a bit of a rattling noise. It’s just how things are. We’ve been on M. Gate Road for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. We aren't trying to be the most modern shop around. We just focus on getting the work done and being fair with everyone who walks in. Our team is small, mostly just family and a couple of neighbors who help out when things get busy. We drink a lot of chai and spend the afternoons talking about the local news. It’s a practical, local business. We open early and close when the street starts to get quiet.
